Values per the Allred (1961) revision of Pauling’s thermochemical scale, as tabulated in the CRC Handbook. Noble gases He, Ne, Ar and the transactinides lack accepted values; Kr and Xe carry later thermochemically derived values. Tl and Pb values refer to the higher oxidation states (Tl 1.62 is the commonly tabulated value; Pb 2.33 per CRC — Pb(II) chemistry is better served by ≈1.87).
